Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Change of mind won’t be accepted as a reason for an exchange, only defective / damaged products can be returned or exchanged.
Upon the receipt of product/s, you are expected to check your purchase within 24 hours. If your order was damaged and/or defective, you can send us message at rian.concerns@gmail.com within these 24 hours, so we can process your return and exchange request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your purchase needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following are considerable grounds in which a you may return your purchase

Wrong Item Delivered – item(s) received is not the same product you ordered.
Damaged Item – item(s) received may have dents, scratches or any issues that relates quality.
Defective item – item(s) received is not working properly or it has “Factory Defect”.
Missing Accessories/Item – Some parts or bundles of the order is missing.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund if you wish not to replace it with a new item. All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism as applicable, and to the person who made the original payment, except for Cash on Delivery. If the purchase was completed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the individual’s bank account or via pick-up from the preferred branch. Handling, shipping and other fees incurred in the transaction may be deducted in the refund total amount.
