    Our Head Office is located in Barangay Mambugan, Antipolo City. Our products are also available in these outlets.
  • What time are you open?
    Our Outlets operating hours are usually open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm but still subject to changes due to quarantine protocols.

  • Do you ship nationwide?
    Yes, we do ship nationwide.
  • Do you ship abroad?
    As of now, we don’t shop outside of the Philippines.
  • In what currency are your products denominated?
    Our products are denominated in Philippine Peso (PhP).
  • What are the delivery options?
    Deliveries will be made by our affiliate partners. You may also choose to pick-up your order in Antipolo.
  • How much is the shipping fee?
    The shipping fee varies depending on your location and the size of the item you bought. It will appear in the check-out section.
  • How long would it take before I will receive the item?
    We will ship it right away once we have verified your payment. Same Day Delivery is available within Metro Manila and Antipolo area for payment first transaction only. For Standard prepaid delivery: 1-3 business days (within Metro Manila) 5-7 business days (Provincial Areas) Head Office pick up is also available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Why was my order cancelled?
    Orders have a limited time duration allowable to process payment. Unfortunately, no payment was received within this period and it has automatically cancelled.
  • Are all your items brand new and original?
    We are committed to provide the highest quality yet on an affordable price product. We take pride of that our products are brand new and original.
  • My unit is defective / damaged. What should I do?
    We do quality control before shipping out your order/s. If there is any problem with the item , please send us an email at rian.concerns@gmail.com with the following details: 1. Description of your current problem 2. Where and when the item was purchased 3. Picture of the invoice
  • Do you provide repair services?
    Yes, we have authorized service centers. You may bring your unit to any of the service centers listed here and a technician will be there to assist you.
  • Can I have my order exchanged?
    Change of mind won’t be accepted as a reason for an exchange however, if your order was damaged and/or defective, you can send us message at rian.concerns@gmail.com, so we can process your return and exchange request.
  • What are the warranty conditions?
    We still got your back even after your purchase with us. Below are the warranty policies of Perfect Kitchen and Perfect View: • The date of purchase is considered as the first day of warranty claim. Warranty is up to 7 days. • All sales are final. Unit replacement is not possible due to change of color or product model indecision. • Please do not lose the Warranty Slip / Receipt given to you upon purchase. • No warranty slip / receipt, no warranty policy applies – this verifies that you bought the item with that specific serial number from us. • We do not reissue or keep your information from the warranty slip; it is the customer’s duty to store this form in a safe area. **All returns are subject to the terms and conditions stated here.
  • How do I pay?
    Paying for your Vission products has never been this easy! We accept a wide-range of payment options such as Bank Transfer, GCash, Online Payment, Paymaya and Paypal.
  • Do you offer COD?
    Yes, we do offer COD but for now only in Metro Manila and Antipolo area.
  • Do you offer installment payment plans?
